Welcome to the Dover NC 2010 Reunion Web site. Our goal is to provide you with useful information about our town and the July 16, 17, 18, 2010 Reunion event. We hope this information will make it easier for you to prepare for your attendance at this event and that it will instill the excitement that we feel about the July 16 - 18, 2010 Dover Reunion. For years now a few of us have been toying with having a Dover Reunion. Well, finally we are in the planning stages but can not make it happen without your help! The planning committee truly desires all people from our community past and present to work with the committee and attend this event. This reunion is a Dover Area Family Reunion and will be inclusive of all races and will be held in the Town of Dover, North Carolina. Although the Reunion itself will be held in the Town of Dover it does include any and all localities with a connection to Dover.
The Dover NC 2010 Reunion Committee has been officially planning this event since March 2009. The Dover NC 2010 Reunion is charted by the State of North Carolina as a nonprofit corporation. It is classified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a 501(c)(4) non profit corporation. To ensure the success of this event we have formed subcommittees to assist in the planning and implementation of such things as public relations, marketing, hospitality, sponsorships, vendor services, entertainment, food services, security and carnival rides. We are excited and eager for July 16, 2010 to arrive.
